Partner programme terms

These terms are between you and Revcommerce Tech Platform Private Limited (“ReferRush”, “we”), #10, S End St, Kumara Park East, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. They apply when you sign in to the ReferRush Partners app, and by using it you accept them.

They cover the partner programme only. ReferRush’s product for shops has its own terms, on referrush.com.

To join, you must be 18 or older and have an Indian mobile number.

For each brand credited to you, you earn your partner rate on everything that brand pays ReferRush:

• its monthly plan
• the commission on its sales through ReferRush
• any one-time charge
• any payment it makes to ReferRush directly, outside Shopify

Your rate is 33% unless we have agreed a different rate with you. It is worked out to the paisa on what the brand paid, and only payments in Indian rupees count. You keep earning from a brand for as long as it stays a ReferRush customer.

A brand is credited to you when you add it in the app and the ReferRush team confirms it with the brand. Add its website, the name of the person you spoke to there, and their phone number.

• The first confirmed claim for a brand wins. Once a brand is credited to a partner, it stays with them.
• A brand that had already paid ReferRush before you added it can’t be credited to you, so add a brand as soon as you have introduced it.
• You may add a store you own or work for.
• The team’s decision on who a brand is credited to is final.

We pay your share once ReferRush has received the money. Shopify pays us about two weeks after it bills a brand; a payment a brand makes to us directly counts once it reaches us.

We pay by bank transfer to the payout details you give in the app, usually in the first week of the month. The app shows each payment with its bank reference. Keep your payout details correct: we pay to what you give us.

Amounts already paid to you never change.

• We may change your rate for future payments.
• We may pause a partner. While paused, you can’t add brands or post in the chats, and the brands already credited to you keep earning for you.
• We may end the programme by telling partners at least 30 days before. We will still pay what you earned up to the end, as ReferRush receives it.

• Be honest with brands about ReferRush, its prices and what it does. Don’t promise what we don’t offer.
• Don’t spam: no bulk or automated messages, and no fake accounts, reviews or brands.
• Don’t say you work for ReferRush or speak for it.
• Keep chats respectful: no abuse, harassment or hate, and don’t share other people’s personal details.

The team may remove messages that break these rules, and may pause a partner who breaks them.

You sign in with your phone number and a code we text to it. Anyone who can read your texts could sign in as you, so keep your phone secure.

You can delete your account at any time in the app; see deleting your account. Deleting it also deletes your payout details, so we can’t pay you after that. If money is coming to you, wait until it has been paid.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and post the change in the app’s announcements. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
