Delete your account

You can delete your ReferRush Partners account yourself, in the app, at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your information.
In the app
- Open ReferRush Partners and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- your login and phone number
- your name
- your payout details: UPI ID, bank account and PAN
- your receipt email
- your phone’s push notification tokens, so notifications stop
- your chat memberships
Brands you added that the team hasn’t confirmed yet are withdrawn.
What is kept, and why
- Your earnings and the payments we made to you, because accounting needs them and the law requires us to keep accounts. They stay under “Deleted partner”, with no name or phone number.
- Messages you sent stay in their conversations, so the chats still make sense, shown as from “Deleted partner”. To remove a message, delete it in the app first.
- Brands credited to you stay in our records, because their payments are part of our accounts.
Before you delete
Deleting your account also deletes your payout details, so we can’t pay you after that. If money is coming to you, wait until it has been paid.
If you are on the ReferRush team
Team members can’t delete their account in the app. Leave the team first, then delete your account.
If you can’t use the app
Email rohan.verma@referrush.com from any address, with the phone number on your account. We will text a code to that number to make sure the account is yours, then delete it and write back to tell you it is done.
