Privacy policy

ReferRush Partners is run by Revcommerce Tech Platform Private Limited (“ReferRush”, “we”), #10, S End St, Kumara Park East, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

This policy covers the ReferRush Partners app and partner.referrush.com. ReferRush’s product for shops has its own privacy policy.

Your phone number

To sign you in: we text a code to it. The ReferRush team can see it, to reach you about your brands and payments.

Your name

So the team and other partners know who you are.

Payout details

Your UPI ID or bank account (name, number and IFSC), and your PAN. Only to pay your commissions. Only the ReferRush team sees them.

Email address, if you add one

Only to email you a receipt when we pay you.

Brands you add

Each brand’s website, and the name and phone number of your contact there, so the team can check with the brand and confirm it.

Earnings and payments

What your brands paid ReferRush, your share of it, and each payment we made to you with its bank reference. To pay you, and because we must keep accounts.

Chat messages

To deliver them. Community messages and announcements reach every partner and the team; your thread with the ReferRush team reaches you and the team; a direct message reaches the person you send it to.

Push notification tokens

An address for your phone, so we can send you notifications. You can turn notifications off in your phone’s settings.

What other partners see. Your name, in chats and in the list of partners they can message. On the leaderboard, what you have earned this month and in total, and how many brands you have. Never your phone number, your payout details or which brands are yours.

• We don’t show ads.
• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t track you across other apps or websites. The app has no analytics or advertising code in it.
• This website sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie is the one that keeps the ReferRush team signed in.

A few companies run parts of the service for us. Each one gets only what its job needs.

• Supabase keeps our database and runs sign-in, in Mumbai, India.
• MSG91 sends the sign-in code to your phone by SMS.
• Expo, with Google and Apple, delivers push notifications to your phone.
• Resend sends payment receipts by email.
• Vercel hosts this website and the server the app talks to.
• Our bank receives your payout details when we send you money.

Like any website, their servers keep short logs of requests, such as IP addresses, to keep the service running and secure.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account:

• Your login, phone number, name, payout details, PAN, receipt email and push tokens are deleted straight away, and you are taken out of your chats.
• Your earnings and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts, with no name or phone number attached.
• Messages you sent stay in their conversations, shown as from “Deleted partner”. To remove one, delete it in the app before you delete your account.
• The brands you referred stay in our records, because their payments are part of our accounts.

Deleted details can stay in our database backups for a short while, until those backups are replaced.

You can see and change your name, payout details and receipt email in the app, under Profile, at any time.

You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to rohan.verma@referrush.com. We reply within a month. These are your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. Our page on deleting your account explains what is deleted, what is kept, and what to do if you can’t use the app.

The partner programme is for adults who run or advise businesses. It is not meant for children, and you must be 18 or older to join. If you think a child has signed up, write to us and we will delete the account.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what we keep or who handles it, we will also post it in the app’s announcements.
